Can't send encrypted email on Outlook 365

Good Day! 

I've been trying to send encrypt emails through my Outlook application I have a Macbook Air Pro and I can't send encrypted emails through the application only through the web browser. I have Microsoft 356 subscription. I keep getting this error message.
