Can't Add or Edit Contacts in Outlook 365
I can't add or edit a contact in Outlook 365...whether on the web or in the app. However, I can on my iPhone. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

It has been fixed! Thank you to whomever finally fixed this issue!

I did download the APP onto my computer. If I go into my mail that way and can access my contacts and even add a contact. Finally found my groups, but I can't edit them nor can I add people to an existing group. I have also tried to call for support. Microsoft is a nightmare. GoDaddy can not help me either, they say it's all a Microsoft issue. No-one will take responsibility for it. Just nuts!

Agreed - I am a GoDaddy customer and got the same response. This just started happening for me about a week ago. I work for a software company and this stuff just doesn't happen - they had to deploy an update or something if so many of us are having this issue. So stressful!

Same for me - I can't even figure out how to contact MS support but will follow this thread in case you get an answer. This is awful!

I can't add contacts, can't view my contacts, and can't edit my groups. Been going on for three weeks now and I can not get any help.
- Scott375Copper ContributorMy problem as well. The New Outlook is incredibly frustrating to work with and virtually no help available. Please let us know if there is a solution to not "seeing" the contacts. I know they are there somewhere but can't use them.

melissa1580 I can't do that either. Did you find a solution?
- melissa1580Copper Contributor
Nope. Sorry!

khoulihan505 Nope. I'm also waiting for support through the app to get back to me and it's been a week. I also can't see, add or edit my contacts on the web or desktop app.

I found this a partial solution to my problems with the New Outlook.
My contacts (people) reappeared when I went to Windows settings > apps > installed apps > Outlook (new) > Advanced and then clicked on repair. While they reappeared, I was not able to delete any but I could edit them. Progress, but not perfection.
