Can't Add or Edit Contacts in Outlook 365
I can't add or edit a contact in Outlook 365...whether on the web or in the app. However, I can on my iPhone. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
09 Jan 26 - I am unable to add contacts, either via New Outlook or OWA. They just don't get added. In new Outlook I just get a little box and red error message saying 'Couldn't save contact' (no error code). In OWA there is no response, just no contact created. I can see and use existing contacts. M365 Business Standard.
