If you haven't logged in to your account for the past 2 years and none of the listed exceptions on the page below apply to you, your account has probably been closed by now and is no longer recoverable.

In that case, check with Steam on how to change your associated email address if you no longer have access to that address.
I believe it is an option within this recovery wizard from Steam as well;
