Blank column in document preview

Good morning all,

I have a user that seems to get a blank column when previewing documents. I have reset the views turned the views off and back on again but just don't seem to be able to get rid of that white space between the list of e-mails and the attachment preview. Does anyone have any pointers that I may have missed?
