Best team overview based on Outlook calendar

We are looking at getting better at booking our employee capacity.

We want to be able to see a detailed overview for 5-10 employees at a time 14 days ahead. And to see whole days overview 3-5 months ahead.

I was hoping to do some sort of gantt overview. What is possible within Outlook and which 3rd. party tools are available to solve this?
