Backup a shared mailbox
Hi, I need to find a way to backup an Office 365 shared mailbox (standard, no license) to Onedrive (with license). I use Outlook on the web. Can you help me please? Thanks Tomaso

Do you know if Microsoft own M365 Backup solution also backups shared mailboxes? I cant find anything on this matter...and I also found no MS contact info on this.

generally speaking,Microsoft own Backup doesn't as convenient at some point..I'd recommend u to go for some 3rd party backup solutions
Cuz 3rd party solutions are usually all in one which means you can backup basically any data you need
