After Hours Out of Office

Is there a way to setup an Automatic Reply everyday at the same time every day? I know I can setup a custom rule for days themselves but didn't see a way to do it with times also. So what I am wanting is at the end of shift at 4PM I want the auto reply to be active until 6AM the next morning and do this each day. Thank you.
