What actually shows up in "Shared With Me"?
Is there any kind of formal explanation as to what actually shows up in "Shared With Me" for a user's OneDrive for Business account? How it is determined? I'm not really sure how to explain to u...

"The Shared (on Mac and iOS) or Shared with me (on Android or Windows Desktop) view lets you see the files others have shared with you. After you’re invited into the document, that document will automatically appear in the Shared or Shared with Me list. Office will try to show you more relevant shared documents at the top of the list."
So Office Graph is used I assume to surface the most interesting documents for users, including those that haven't been shared directly but have been granted access via permissions I think.
