In word or excel I get an error saying "UPLOAD BLOCKED We couldn't verify you have the necessary permissions to upload the file." and "The permissions on this file were updated and you no longer have...
On MS Word, Go to File, Account (at the bottom), Log out of your account (top left) and log back in again. It will re-connect to the connected services and will work again.
This worked for me
