sync issues in mobile app

hi,

 i am using onedrive app for my mobile and for my computer too. one drive works fine with my computer but in my mobile it has syncing issues. i use android mobile phones and syncing whatsapp folders such as pictures and videos and documents is such a hustle. first it was not syncing coz samsung account and one drive account were linked. i unlinked them than it works for few days than stopped working again. i emailed and contacted service centre both onedrive and samsung guys no one seems to know whats wrong. my latest pictures of whatsapp is syncing but not the old ones which i already have in phone.
