Stop OneDrive backing up photos

Hi, 

I have both a private and a business MS OneDrive account. I use a work PC and an Android phone (Samsung). My problem concern my private account. No matter what I do, OneDrive insists on backing up my private photos. I've tried MS online guides, but turning off the "backup photos and videos" doesn't work and my storage is constantly over the limit!

Please help!
