Sharing files is not working

Hello everyone, 

I am working as a support in my company and one colleague (CA for later) has a strange issue with files shared over OneDrive by one specific colleague (CB for later).
And I am running out of ideas.

When CB is sharing a file that is stored in OneDrive all colleagues besides CA can access it. CA just gets the message 403 forbidden. 
To see if CA cannot access any shared file at I and some other colleagues shared files and CA could access all of them.
Looked at CBs side again if she did the share somehow else but not. I think you would need more information and I will provide them as good as  I can
