Problem in accessing my business one drive and uploading files to it.

When I access my onedrive sometimes ? it says specified list is invalid.? and even if it loads then i can't upload files to my account.while uploading it shows error ?sorry there war a problem uploading the file , retry.? It's been a couple of days since this problem. I've tried clearing browser cache but still no improvement.
