Photos in apps covered up

Hi. I’m desperate.  All my photos and images have what looks like a sheet of A4 over them.
please please can anyone tell me how to sort this out.  I’ve tried disabling one drive on laptop but it hasn’t worked

It looks like you're using a graphics or design program (possibly CraftArtist or Serif DrawPlus) on Windows 11, and when trying to view or import photos from a folder (possibly synced with OneDrive), you're seeing blank white page icons over the images — like A4 sheets covering them.

If OneDrive is managing the folder (like "Pictures" or "Documents"), it may only store the files online until you open them. So you're seeing placeholders — not the actual image files.

Some fix point you can try.

    Problem                                                     Fix

Blank/A4 icons over images                  Use “Always keep on this device” in OneDrive

Image files not visible in app                Move images to a local folder outside OneDrive

Thumbnails not showing                       Enable them in Folder Options

    My answer is without guarantee

Maybe this will help you a little
