Pdf files not syncing to OneDrive

I am seeing this as well on a tenant I support. Resetting OneDrive seems to have no affect either. Anyone had any luck resolving this?
aaronL2 Same thing. I can copy the file to another folder and that seems to "force it" to work. Frustrating.
