I found that running these steps help in restoring the Onedrive context menu, it might also help with your case.

open CMD as administator
CD to %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive
CD to the onddrive version
run OneDriveSetup.exe /allusers

OneDriveSetup.exe /allusers does NOT fix the OneDrive issue of Shared Folders not Syncing, but Shared Folders only being available via an URL!
