Update:
I’m experiencing the exact same issue on another RDS server. Both servers are using FSLogix.
I updated FSLogix from version 2.9 to version 3.26.826.17182. The OneDrive client is running build 26.168.0830.0006.
To rule out FSLogix, I excluded my profile from FSLogix and tested with a completely new local profile. The issue still occurs.
Therefore, FSLogix does not appear to be the root cause.
