OneDrive just opens JPG files others get error 0x80070185 cloud operation was unsuccessful

one of our users had that problem first. 

I have never been connected to that RDS server with my regular user account. I logged in and could see the same problem. 

To test the download and files I made what you suggestet. I downloaded the files through OneDrive in the Browser. I tried different document types like Word and PDF. Files are downloaded to the desktop and opened without problems.

When I try to mark files and folders as always keep on this device it is working for PNG files, even in subfolders. Its not working for the same word/pdf document I downloaded prior with the browser even if those files are just a few kb large. 

The icons are changeing from the cloud to the circle. PNG files get the green check icon and can be opened then.
