Hi, I found the solution. I think our ISPs are the problem, not Microsoft. Because when I run tunnel app like Cloudflare Warp (1.1.1.1) or VPN, I get full speed on Onedrive again. So the ISPs may be blocking traffic from and to OneDrive to reserve their bandwidth.
Just install Warp or any VPN and it's solved.
