OneDrive iOS /iPadOS app sync issues

 On my iPad (app version 16.0.6, ipadOS version 18.0.1) I often have the issue that files I added don’t show up, even after I pull down to refresh multiple times. How can I fix this issue? It’s quite inconvenient that the iOS / iPadOS app doesn’t show the latest files in OneDrive.
