OneDrive icon overlays
I have fully disconnected OneDrive from my computer, and actually uninstalled the OneDrive app.
I still get OneDrive icon overlays on my desktop (for example, a green checkmark).
They don't hurt anything but they are annoying. Can I get rid of them?

That is strange. I would say you are still syncing to OneDrive. Before you uninstalled OneDrive, you should have gone into the settings to Manage Backup and turned off the Desktop folder sync. Is your Desktop folder still located in OneDrive at C:\Users\username\OneDrive\Desktop?
I did turn of Desktop folder sync. My Desktop folder is no longer located at username\OneDrive.
If I go look at OneDrive.com, none of my files are there, so they aren't syncing.
