OneDrive for Business sync issues.

 Hello
 Please i need your help on this issue.
 We are having OneDrive for Business sync issues. Our Client rossmachineshop.onmicrosoft.com has been having issues with long onedrive sync issues for some time. We have been working to help them move files to new libraries to reduce quantity of files being synced.
 Recently it seems that nearly all users are experiencing issues.
 We would like assistance in troubleshooting what is happening.
