are you sure you are still syncing to the cloud? Are you logged in? To be clear, are you talking about personal OneDrive, your work personal OneDrive or a connection to a Onedrive sync on SharePoint, etc. (Files saved from Teams usually end up in the relevant SharePoint backend). When you say "They are visible to me in the OneDrive app" that means to me that you can see them in File Explorer but you may not be properly logged in to see them in the right "cloud". And yes, it is very confusing that MSFT uses "OneDrive" to describe a software tool, and a location in the cloud. I wish they would change the naming convention!!

If I click on the OneDrive icon in the task bar the panel tells me my files are sync'd. This is for a work account and yes I can see them in File Explorer ("the app") but not the browser/cloud.
