One Drive Saving to Portable Hard drive
Hi mrssarahwong,
Follow these steps to address your concerns:
Remove OneDrive from PHD: If you notice a OneDrive folder on your PHD, delete it like any other folder after ensuring your essential files are backed up elsewhere.
Save Files to Desktop: To save files directly to your desktop, choose the desktop as the save location. If issues persist, contact Microsoft Support or a local IT professional for assistance.
D:/ is Unavailable: This error may stem from a disconnected drive or drive letter changes. Ensure proper connection or address drive letter changes and check for drive errors.
OneDrive Syncing Issues: Customize which folders sync by right-clicking the OneDrive icon, selecting "Settings," navigating to the "Account" tab, and clicking "Choose folders." Pause syncing temporarily by right-clicking the icon and selecting "Pause syncing".
Note that unlinking or uninstalling OneDrive won't lead to file loss, but it halts cloud syncing. Access files through OneDrive.com.
