O365 Word/Powerpoint Open>Shared with me -- not more updated ! Help..

Hi,

since beginning of february all the 6 users of our tenant are experiencing an issue with the list of shared docs (word-powerpoint):

 

the lists are not updated and only very old shared files are shown.

 

Of course any of us receive almost everyday - via email - invitation from other colleagues to collaborate and clicking email invitation everything works fine.

 

Our versions:

 

 

 

Any idea? Thanks.

    HI all
    FYI, I open a ticket with MS yesterday. They CONFIRMED this problem and yet working to fix. It may be related to the new generation onedrive for business sync app.

    Hi Stefano

     

    What happens when you log out of Office ProPlus and log in again?

    (Remove your O365 account and add it again).

     

    Are you running OneDrive sync client (which version)?

    Hi Bart, Tried to disconnect and reconnect my account, but nothing changed, still old “shared with me” files are available. Instead, the online version on O365 works fine and shows all files. My local ODfB is 17.3.6798.0207. Thanks stefano
