Limit users to sharing only files (no folders)
I have a department that would like to limit certain team members to only sharing files. They do not want full folders shared out to other departments.

- Don't share the folder with them, which means they may have to be excluded from groups or teams owning those folders. Then share the documents with them using the "specific people" option.
