Labeling files as corporate and disallowing sync to personal one drive

I was hoping to see if anyone had any insight onto how to do this.

I want to use the Cloud App Security within Azure, and maybe DLP rules (not positive) to basically tag any file that belongs to our tenant domain, and to allow those files to sync to One Drive for Business account, but not allow those files to sync to a OneDrive personal account.

Basically we want to give our users the ability to access their personal onedrive, but we do not want their desktops, documents, etc... syncing to their personal account - We just want them to sync to their OD4B account with the corporate info, and be able to access their person drives to look things up or share things with friends and family that are not work-related. 

Any insight on how to accomplish this would be great.
