How to ONLY copy links to files in iOS / iPadOS app

on my iPad (app version 16.0.6, ipadOS version 18.0.1) I cannot copy JUST the link to each file, I need to specify who to share it to. Basically I am looking for the same function as this button in the web version to just “copy link”.

However, there is no option to copy just the link in the iOS menu

and when I click “Share” there is a button to copy link, but then I have to explicitly specify who to share it to.

There is no way to copy JUST the link, e.g. when I want to notify people who already have access to the file, about the file’s location. Is this feature somehow available?
