Have 1TB available but OneDrive wont upload and says "Not enough cloud storage"
I bought Office365 today and I have only 3gb on my account used out of over 1TB of space however when I try to sync it just says "Not enough cloud storage" "you don't have enough space for this file"...

Sometimes, the OneDrive cache can become corrupted, which can cause syncing issues. Clearing the cache might help:
- Open the Run dialog (Windows key + R) and type %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset.
- Press Enter. This will reset OneDrive and clear its cache. After a few minutes, OneDrive will automatically restart.
- If OneDrive does not automatically restart, you can manually launch it from the Start menu.
Hope this information could help you a little with your plans.

Hi, I tried this but it doesn't recognise the command. I have the same problem. Bought an extra 1Tb, trying to upload 64gb, says not enough space. Have signed out, unlinked, restarted etc etc and still the same. Checked online account versus desktop and definitely the same one. Desktop one showin gsame amount of storage as online, and exactly what I pourchased. Doing my head in!!
