Force OneDrive Client to resync folders
Hello,
one of our clients experiences some issues with synced and linked Sharepoint sites within OneDrive Client for Windows.
Sync status is stated as OK but in some folders, files are just not shown. We can see them in OneDrive online/SharePoint and Teams. When we add new files to those folders, those are synced correctly.
How can we force OneDrive to go through all folders to resync the files? It seems that the local OneDrive database is broken.
Onedrive.exe /reset is not a real option cause this results in all Sharepoint sites to be unlinked and the user needs to restart the sync manually. They're syncing a lot of sites per user.
I'm thinking of setting a registry value or deleting a database file within AppData or something similar to get this to work again.
Best regards!

We are running into the same issue. It has been happening for the last week or 2.

We tried some steps to resolve the issue. Microsoft told us to try pause and resume syncing and Onedrive.exe /sync. Both without success
Only option seems to be disable and re-enable syncing or unlink and relink Onedrive what will cause the need of manually sync all Sharepoint sites for all users...
