Disable Pause/Stop Sync for OneDrive for Business

Hi all, the current project I am working on requires access to OneDrive. The task at hand is to prevent end users from being able to pause/stop sync, would like to ask if there is a way to disable the Pause/Stop Sync or to remove it from the options droplist? Hope you guys can help.
