Connecting OneDrive with an email alias
I've an email account email@domain.com with two aliases email1@domain.com and email2@domain.com... can I use alias email account email1 or email2 with my OneDrive ir should use primary email i.e. email@domain.com?

You should use the UserPrincipalName, and ideally it should match the PrimarySMTPAddress.
