Complaint and Request for Data Recovery Issue

I was previously a subscriber to the developer program. Unfortunately, due to forgetting to renew my subscription, all of my account data was deleted three months later. Despite following the methods provided on the official website, the results did not show any data retention.

However, in the official data retention, deletion, and destruction policy, it is stated that passive data deletion takes 180 days. What confuses me is that, according to the last renewal date prompted before my account expired on 12/19/2023, I received an email notification on 10/26/2023 regarding the deletion of account data, stating that the data would be deleted on 10/24/2023. The time between these dates has exceeded the duration within which I can recover my account data.

I have also contacted OneDrive via email, and their support staff suggested subscribing to the E3 plan. Today, after subscribing to the E3 plan, authorizing my account for the E3 plan certificate, and successfully logging into OneDrive, there is no trace of files in the folders. It appears to be an entirely new account, and there is no record of deleted files. I am unsure whom to contact for a resolution.

These files are crucial to me, and I am extremely upset and anxious because the official website deleted all my data without my knowledge. I am seeking assistance and can provide file names and dates from when the files were last known to be present. I hope a developer can help me retrieve my files. Thank you!
