In fact, by re-enabling TLS 1.0 and SSL3 as you suggested, I'm back to square one: I can't connect to OneDrive at all and keep getting the error 0x8004de40 message. Bizarrely my husband works on an identical computer, connected in the same way to the same network and he has NO PROBLEM with his OneDrive. I checked his settings using the inetcpl.cpl command, mirrored them on my PC and it STILL doesn't work!
