Azure Active Directory conditional access with the OneDrive sync client on Windows

Hi,

I had a question around the information provided on :

I would not like our users to sync on their personal windows devices outside of the corp network; if i understand the article correct,there is a registry entry for the sync client to enforce the conditional access rules set up on Azure AD.

I could do this on corporate owned devices; but how to do i possibly add registry keys to users personal devices?
