Automatic Sync using odopen for specific folders?

Hi  All, 

I understand how to use the odopen://sync function to automatically sync an entire library but I am wondering if there is a way to run this so that it only syncs a select folder within the document library. 

Our document library contains many folders that I do not need to sync so I was thinking of creating a script to only select and sync the folders I want instead of them all. 

Thoughts?
