If you search Quicken's support site you will find they do not recommend storing your primary data file in a cloud service like OneDrive and explain how to move it from the Documents folder to a local folder on your computer. You haven't contacted Microsoft, only a community forum. To access your Quicken file just download from oneDrive online in a browser. Chances are that Quicken are doing multi-file tricks that don't play well with online platforms.
