".tmp.driveupload"
I am having an issue where my word doc (set to autosave to OneDrive business desktop app) on my PC is suddenly saved in a ".tmp.driveupload" folder online under a different file name (random numbers)...
Facing the exact same issue on my Personal Laptop. Now, I see the file name changed in top bar to a number then I manually use Save As option and save the file in my desired directory with the original file name.
On my old Laptop, I never faced this issue but the new Laptop I purchased a month ago, I am facing this issue. Things if they help to troubleshoot, I also have Google Drive mapped to same folder. I'll try turning off Google Drive and see if that resolves the problem.
