Customer Insights - Included Marketing-Portal?

Hello all,

We have a customer that purchases Customer Inisghts (non profit). For this customer we want to set up a marketing portal, which should work like an subscription center. There contacts should unsubscribe from newsletters.
When we want to set up a portal, we are only given a 30-day trial version. Was this portal not included in the old marketing license?
Do we need to re-license the portal?
