Architecture Documentation
I am starting to work on MC4N and wanted to ask:
1.) Is there any architecture documentation for the entire end to end solution around MC4N? I am looking to see how different areas connect to each other especially when it comes to payment processing. It would also be helpful to understand the relational database design of all custom tables
2.) Is there a separate document or MS learning path for learning portal capabilities for MC4N? I noticed all documentation around the model driven app but I am interested in seeing the functionality available on the portal to an actual volunteer or a donor? Ex: Donor wants to make a pledge or donate on the portal, is that possible?

Hi akhanna1986 this Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit Partner Readiness Guide could be of help to you, but I also suggest you check out the technical community which is for nonprofit customers and partners Nonprofit Community - Microsoft Community Hub

Hi Ian_DrewMSFT - Can you please point me to the exact area of the documentation that goes into architectural areas? I found all the documentation to be more functional in nature than technical.

akhanna1986 You can find the architecture documentation for the end-to-end solution around MC4N on GitHub. The link below explains how different areas connect to each other, especially when it comes to payment processing. It also includes the relational database design of all custom tables.
There is also the Microsoft Learning Path that covers the capabilities for MC4N. This learning path shows you how to manage nonprofit fundraising and engagement with Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit.

However, there is no functionality to manage external online donations within MC4N. For that, you will need to develop that, or use a partner solution that integrate with the Dataverse and handle online donations.
