zoom meeting error when selecting

Dear reader, within the hospital where I work, we have Poly X50 as standard TeamsRoom devices. This poly x50 has a mailbox for receiving meeting requests. With teams meetings everything works well, but when we send a Zoom meeting it comes neatly on the agenda, but when we select the join button we get the following error message; "incorrect or incomplete meeting details" Who recognizes this and can help us further?
