- Jun 06, 2021As Ed mentioned, the Audio Conferencing only gives your end users to be able to have a dial in number to call into a conferencing service. For calling abilities you need a Phone System License (comes as part of A5) and either a calling plan (Domestic Calling Plan, or International Calling Plan) or Direct Routing, which doesn't require a license, but has additional details.

Conferencing doesn't allow for inbound or outbound calls to the telephone network.
Conferencing only allows for dial-in to conferences.
