Hi, we've also experienced the same problem in our company for almost 2 weeks. The root cause was the Product: Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office -- Error 1321. The Installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\vcruntime140.dll. System Error 5. Event ID: 11321
We fixed it by installing the Microsoft Teams Add-on manually. Basically, all we did was search for an installer; fortunately, we discovered MicrosoftTeamsMeetingAddinInstaller.msi, which we then manually installed on our employees' computers using our admin credentials. We observed that Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other programs are now functioning correctly after the installation.
