Windows 11 Internet Speed Issues
Recently, I switched to an Ethernet cable because my internet speed was awful over wifi After switching to ethernet, my download speed remains at 200kb/s. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?

I suspect that the speed you are seeing is is the speed that your ISP is providing you. Just because they may say a number doesn't mean that you will get that speed. They list the speed as the Max.
Check your router and see what it says.

If that is the case, you need to check with your ISP.
Meanwhile, try updating your graphic card driver.
