- It seems Microsoft is finally on the case. It's noted as "in development" and rollout should start in June 2024. Let's cross our fingers.

bulldog21 Little time after my post, New Teams showed an update message, I launch it and after the install started to work.
My version now is: 24165.1412.2980.1761
Miguelus_Prime Thanks, I actually found out that when I repaired my current version it began to work as well.
- Same! It went like this.
1. Upgrade through old Teams. Mute button doesn't work at all.
2. Install update. Mute button doesn't work at all.
3. Reboot PC. Mute button says it's working but has no effect on Teams.
4. Restart Teams. No effect.
5. Get the Teams installer from the website. Reinstall.
6. Mute button works properly.
