Why does my team icons and avatars disappear?
Sometimes (completely randomly it seems to me) all teams icons, channel icons and user icons/avatars in Teams gets replaced by generic grey versions. can anyone explain why and what to do about it?

- Yeah, happens. Best guess - it's because of client cache updates, which obviously can be handled better. Then again, it's been 4 years since launch and I still see "unknown user" all the time...
