What is the pricing of MS Teams for enterprises?

Rod Falanga It is hard to do a business case for Teams vs Skype for Business when you don't get the figures from them. Based on that (no facts at all) you can easy say to them that Teams will not be more expensive.
LinusCansby I don't know the answers to the questions you asked. Those are things they don't discuss with me. I suspect that it has something to do with SharePoint, but I'm guessing.

Teams is more expensive. We have 110 licenses for "Microsoft Apps for Business" at $8.00/user per mo. To get Teams with HD video conferencing and local installed office apps requires us to go to Office 365 E3 minimum at $20/user per month. A difference of $15,480 annually verses what we used to pay that included Skype for Business. We will be continuing with Slack internally and using GoToMeeting or Zoom for conferences with external participants.

- Rod FalangaApr 26, 2020Brass ContributorHow about for government licensing? I work for a large state government agency, so we don't use E1, E2, etc. I think it's G1, G2, etc. I'm not sure, at this moment, what license we have. I'll find out tomorrow.
