webinar option not available
upgraded 2 accounts from business basic to business standard to have the teams webinar option. but the option not appear in the teams ui.

The feature has just been launched and if you just now upgraded it could probably take some time. You can verify the prerequisites at least https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/set-up-webinars
I doubt whether a recent upgrade makes any difference.
It is end of June and i too struggle not having the webinar option available
- If having a proper license and not disabling the feature as a Teams admin you should have the Webinar option available by now. If not, reach out to the official business support https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business-video/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide
