My webcam does not work with Microsoft Teams. It works with other conferencing software like zoom or webex. It also work independently of Teams. I found some articles where people are having the same...
Pete Horan In Teams, if you go to device settings can you ensure that the right camera is selected, sometimes people end up defaulting to the IR camera used by face unlock.
If not there it might be worth disabling the IR camera
1. Control Panel > System and Security > System
2. Click on Device Manager
3. Click on Cameras
4. Disable Surface IR camera Front
